“2012” New Member Program – “Full Member” – Year 1

1)     The annual dues for a Full membership are $3150. Plus other “incidental” expenses that include: food minimums of $600, ($60/month for 10 months), and capital assessments of $720, ($60/month for 12 months). The total amount of membership dues and incidental expenses is $4470.

2)     For the year 2011, a new member will receive a discount of 20%, for an adjusted annual membership rate of $2520.

  1. If an existing OHCC member sponsors the new member, the existing OHCC member may receive a 20% discount from “their” annual dues.
    1. The existing OHCC member also has the option to transfer “their” 20% discount to the new member, thus affording the new member a total 40% discount or annual dues of $ 1,890 for the year 2012.
  2. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, the OHCC member will receive an additional 5% discount from their annual dues.
    1. The new member is also entitled to an additional 5% discount if their entire annual dues are paid prior to February 28th.
  3. The total possible discount available for a new member is as follows:
    1. 20% for the initial new member discount
    2. 20% for the “transfer” discount from the sponsoring OHCC member
    3. 5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.
    4. Maximum discount available: 45%, or a total annual payment (prior to February 28th) of $1733.


“2012” New Member Program  - “Full Member” – Year 2

3)     The annual dues for a Full membership are $3150.

  1. For the year 2012, the new member (joining in 2012) will receive a discount of 20%, for an adjusted annual membership rate of $2520.
  2. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, the new member (joining in 2011), will also receive an additional 5% discount from their annual dues.
  3. The total possible discount available for a new member (joining in 2011) is as follows:
    1. 20% for the 2nd year member discount.
    2. 5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.
    3.  Maximum discount available: 25%, or a total annual payment (prior to February 28th) of $2363.
    4.  The member will be required to pay all other incidental expenses.

 

“2012” New Member Program “Full Member” – Year 3

4)     The annual dues for a Full membership are $3150.

  1. For the year 2013, the new member (joining in 2011) will receive a discount of 10%, for and adjusted annual membership rate of $2835.
  2. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, you will also receive an additional 5% discount from your annual dues.
  3. The total possible discount available for a 3rdyear member is as follows:
    1. 0% for the 3rd year member discount.
    2. 5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.
    3. Maximum discount available: 15%, or a total annual payment (prior to February 28th) of $2678.
    4. The member will be required to pay all other incidental expenses.

 

“2012” New Member Program – “Non-Resident Member” – Year 1

5)     The annual dues for a Non-Resident membership are $2678. Plus other “incidental” expenses that include: food minimums of $600, ($60/month for 10 months), and capital assessments of $720, ($60/month for 12 months). The total amount of membership dues and incidental expenses is $3998.

6)     For the year 2011, a new member will receive a discount of 20%, for an adjusted annual membership rate of $2142.

  1. If an existing OHCC member sponsors the new member, the existing OHCC member may receive a 20% discount from “their” annual dues.
    1. The existing OHCC member also has the option to transfer “their” 20% discount to the new member, thus affording the new member a total 40% discount or annual dues of $ 1607 for the year 2011.
  2. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, the OHCC member will also receive an additional 5% discount from their annual dues.
    1. The new member is also entitled to an additional 5% discount if their entire annual dues are paid prior to February 28th.
  3. The total possible discount available for a new member is as follows:
    1. 20% for the initial new member discount
    2. 20% for the “transfer” discount from the sponsoring OHCC member
    3. 5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.
    4. Maximum discount available: 45% or a total annual payment (prior to February 28th) of $1473.


“2012” New Member Program  – “Non-Resident Member” – Year 2

7)     The annual dues for a Non-Resident membership are $2678.

  1. For the year 2012, the new member (joining in 2011) will receive a discount of 20%, for an adjusted annual membership rate of $ 2142.
  2. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, the new member (joining in 2011), will also receive an additional 5% discount from your annual dues.
  3. The total possible discount available for a new member (joining in 2011), is as follows:
    1. 20% for the 2nd year member discount.
    2. 5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.
    3. Maximum discount available: 25%, or a total annual payment (prior to February 28th) of $2009.
    4. The member will be required to pay all other incidental expenses.

8)     The annual dues for a Full membership are $2678.

  1. For the year 2013, the new member (joining in 2012) will receive a discount of 10%, for and adjusted annual membership rate of $2410.
  2. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, you will also receive an additional 5% discount from your annual dues.
  3. The total possible discount available for a 3rdyear member is as follows:
    1. 10% for the 3rd year member discount.
    2. 5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.
    3. Maximum discount available: 15%, or a total annual payment (prior to February 28th) of $2276.
    4. The member will be required to pay all other incidental expenses.

(You must be no more than 35 years old during the entire calendar year to qualify for this membership class)

 

9)     The annual dues for a Junior membership are $2363.

  1. For the year 2011, the new member will receive a discount of 20%, for an adjusted annual membership rate of $1890.
  2. If an existing OHCC member sponsors the new member, the existing OHCC member may receive a 20% discount from “their” annual dues.
    1.                  The existing OHCC member also has the option to transfer “their” 20% discount to the new member, thus affording the new member a total 40% discount or annual dues of $1418 for the year 2011.
  3. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, the existing OHCC member will also receive an additional 5% discount from their annual dues.
    1.                                                i.     The new member is also entitled to an additional 5% discount if their entire annual dues are paid prior to February 28th.
  4. The total possible discount available for a new member is as follows:
    1.                                                i.     20% for the initial new member discount
    2.                                               ii.     20% for the “transfer” discount from the sponsoring OHCC member
    3.                                             iii.     5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.
    4.                                              iv.     Maximum discount available: 45%, or a total annual payment (prior to February 28th) of $1300.
  5. e.     For the entire 1st year, the new “Junior” member will not be charged any assessments, or be required to pay any monthly minimums’. Thus the entire “out-of-pocket” cost for the new “Junior” member will be $1300 …if the 20% “transfer” discount from the sponsoring member and the “pay before February 28th discounts are taken advantage of.
    1.                                                i.     Clubhouse and cart usage will be a “pay as you go” plan.

 

“2011” New Member Program  – “Junior Member” – Year 2

(You must be no more than 35 years old during the entire calendar year to qualify for this membership class)

10)  The annual dues for a Junior membership are $2363.

  1. For the year 2012, the new member (joining in 2011) will receive a discount of 20%, for an adjusted annual membership rate of $1890.
  2. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, you will also receive an additional 5% discount from your annual dues.
  3. The total possible discount available for a new member (joining in 2011) is as follows:
    1. 20% for the 2nd year member discount.
    2. 5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.

“2011” New Member Program “Junior Member” (Continued) – Year 3

(You must be no more than 35 years old during the entire calendar year to qualify for this membership class)

11)  The annual dues for a Junior membership are $2363.

  1. For the year 2013, a new member (joining in 2011) will receive a discount of 10%, for and adjusted annual membership rate of $2127.
  2. As with all annual dues, if paid before February 28th, you will also receive an additional 5% discount from your annual dues.
  3. The total possible discount available for a 3rdyear member is as follows:
    1.                                                i.     10% for the 3rd year member discount.
    2.                                               ii.     5% for full payment of annual dues prior to February 28th.
    3.                                             iii.     Maximum discount available: 15%, or a total annual payment (prior to February 28th) of $2009.
    4.                                              iv.     The member will be required to pay all other incidental expenses.


“2011” Student Membership

1)     This is available to any high school or active college student (under the age of 25).

2)     There are no annual dues.

  1. The player would pay $100/month in advance for the month or months they select.
  2. In lieu of paying the $100/month, the student could work as a member of the ground crew (if qualified).

3)    Use of the clubhouse and carts would be on a pay as you go basis.


Corporate Membership

1)     For an annual membership fee of $1000, a company can enjoy unlimited use of the clubhouse for corporate lunches, entertainment, meetings, etc.

  1. The minimum spending requirement of $60/month will apply to this membership.

2)     This membership would also include 20 rounds of golf.

  1. With open play except during scheduled events.
  2. No one individual from that company could use more than “5” of the twenty allocated rounds/year.
  3. Use of carts or guest fees will be on a pay as you go basis.
